How the Referral Process Works

Referral Submission
Submit a referral through our secure online form. Our team will begin the intake process and gather the information needed to understand the individual's needs.
Whether you're referring one individual or building a long-term partnership with Align, you can expect a transparent process with clear communication from referral...to placement and beyond, ensuring your clients are connected with a trusted housing partner.
STEP 2
Clear Communication
We'll maintain open communication throughout the review process, keeping you updated on referral status, next steps, and any additional information needed.
STEP 3
Referral Review & Placement Coordination
We'll carefully review the referral, work closely with you to understand the Indu vial's needs and determine whether Align Housing Solutions is the right housing fit.
STEP 4
Successful Move-In
Once approved, we'll coordinate the move-in process and welcome your your referral.
